Return & Exchange

Return/Exchange Period: 14 days from the date of receipt.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Exclusions: Used or damaged products, products missing packaging/accessories, or personal and health items once opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Products: Verified through an authorized service center; replacement or refund applies based on the condition.

Costs: Jamaky covers costs if the issue is our fault; otherwise, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Exchanges: Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, and exchanges can be made for the same or an alternative product.
