Free Shipping

• Jamaky offers free shipping within the Arab Republic of Egypt for all orders, unless otherwise stated in special promotions.

• No shipping fees are charged to the customer when placing an order.

Order Preparation Time

• Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days from the order confirmation date.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1 to 3 business days.

• Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days.

• Some border or remote areas may require additional time according to the shipping company’s policies.

Delivery Address

• Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

• Jamaky is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Communication & Delivery

• The shipping company will contact the customer before delivery.

• If the delivery attempt fails or the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, the shipment may be returned according to the shipping company’s policies.

Receiving the Order

• Customers should inspect the package upon delivery.

• If there is visible damage, customers must immediately notify Jamaky’s customer service.

Delivery Delays

• Jamaky is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or the shipping company.

• Official business days are Saturday to Thursday and do not include public holidays.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected governorate.
