Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange period: 14 days from the date of receipt
Product condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories
Exceptions: Used, damaged, or missing packaging/accessories products
Personality Defective or damaged products: These are verified through an authorized service center, and a replacement or refund is applied according to the situation.
Costs: Jamaki will bear the costs if the error is on our part; otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are processed via the same payment method within 7–14 business days, with the possibility of exchanging the product for a similar or alternative product.
